You didn't even order the parts for the 2 items we told you to fix. You had the truck for 3 days! I wouldn't be so upset if you had at least fixed the original 2 items we told you...

Top of the line service. 1/4/2012

Waited only 45 minutes with no appt for oil change. We had gone somewhere else and were quoted 1 hr 45 mins wait, when actually it was going to be almost a 4 hr wait. Glad we can always count on Midas. more

Brought car in for Maintenance Free Chjeck with Oli Change 12/29/2011

Had 12 noon appointment. Car completed in approximately 1.5 hours. I had service person also adjust headlights. Drove car that night did not see much difference in light angles. more

charged unnecessarily 12/29/2011

I was charged for a diagnostic when I brought the car to them I HAD NO lights or warnings on the dash. Somehow my airbag light appeared, diagnostic is the most expensive service 98.99 when I was expecting to pay 50 dollars at the most. I was very disappointed in this midas shop. It was unnecessary, because the light went out by the time I left the shop. but I needed the inspection. more

As always, Mike and the entire crew at Midas in Colonial Heights provide the best auto service in town, beyond comparison. Always professional and courteous, the technicians always give a fair and accurate assesment of each vehicle, and allow the customer the opportunity to make an educated decision with regard to their financial ability to afford each necessary repair! I will not go to another shop as long as Mike and Midas continue to perform the way they do! more

Mike was very helpful I thought I had caliper problems but I had cut my 4x4 switch on by mistake he did find low pads l will make appt next week nice to deal with someone honest.I"ll be back pb. more

just went in to pick the 10 dollar oil changes! I think its great that they donate the profits to the food bank! I got an oil change for myself, a few for stocking stuffers, Midas gets new clients, all while helping out the food bank! I can't beat it! more

Fair price for muffler fix 10/31/2011

We brought my son's car in for an estimate to have his muffler fixed. The price came back fairly and more problems were reported to us that also needed to be fixed. more

Great job 10/25/2011

The guys did an excellent job on the alignment on my car. I took it somewhere else first and they could not get it done so I brought it to Midas. My son was at an appoinment up the street and one of the guys gave me a ride. They are very professional at what they do. more

Great Service 10/25/2011

I came in on a rainy Wednesday morning after going to several places to get an inspection and Midas took me in and had me out in 10 min or less!! The new manager was great as well very friendly!! more
