Brought my SUV in at 8:30 a.m. to have brakes inspected. Told them I would be working all day and would pick the vehicle up after work (3:30 p.m.) I understood that it was possible that Midas wouldn't have enough time to do the work that day, but that they could at least tell me what it needed, get me an estimate, etc.\r

As the day goes on, I get no phonecall...nothing. Finally at 2 p.m. I called them to find out that not only had they not looked at my vehicle, but that they ""probably just wouldn't get to it that day."" The attitude was complete apathy.\r

After work I picked the vehicle up and will NEVER take it back there again. Complete lack of professional courtesy. I'm sure they would've been over-priced anyway. I will be going to a competitor.
