efficient but expensive 1/31/2009

we had a problem with our heating system on one of the colder evenings in Chicago. The tmidamerican technician cam within 15 minutes of expected arrivalt time diagnosed it within 5 minutes as a pressure sensor and was out of the door in less than half an hour. more
