My doctor sent me to Mid Florida Imaging for a MRI. Not only did the imaging place call me the day before to remind me of my appoint ment they even told me in advance my copay. When I got there the next morning, the copay was a large amount, so I asked if I could be billed. The guy at the front called for a mananger. To find out it was the Director of the company. I don't know too many directors that work one on one with clients. Not only did she take care of me, she even walked me back and got me settled on the MRI table. She did everything! She made me feel so at ease, and to me that is important since their machine is closed and I get a little anxious. The MRI tech was very nice and funny. He made it seem like the exam went by faster than I am sure it did. After my exam, the Director Arlee, even saw me out. I told my doctor about my experience. I had to write something, since you never see good customer service at medical places anymore. Thank you to Arlee and Derren and the rest of the staff at Mid Florida Imaging!
