The service team took the time to listen to my concerns and submit the questions to their on line help system. They found a possible fix for the identified issues and ordered the parts. Best part, everything is covered by warranty. more

They are competent, helpful and caring. They gave several options for solving the problem, as well as to how I could get back home, if needed. Fortunately, it was able to be taken care of while I waited. more

Oustanding greeting and service by all at Marty Franich 7/23/2014

I always receive a warm welcome when I enter the dealership, from the service staff ,my salesman, the owner...everyone is very accomodating . My car is delivered washed and on time. They provide me with a rental car or shuttle if needed. I highly recommend this business to buy, and or service your vehicles more

We worked with both Robert and Kenny who were knowledgable and gracious in helping us through our many questions. Robert called us with new, pertinent information about options for service program, that made the car more attractive. Rhonda in a Finance was a pleasure. And they found - and traded to get me - just what I wanted from a dealer 3 hours away. I love my new car and how pleasant the experience was in getting it! more
