I have posted this review on several other websites as well to ensure that potential customers read my experience prior to hiring this limo service.\r

We hired Michael's Limo last min. for our wedding. The booking process was fine, they had a limo big enough to accommodate the number of people we had in a short time frame. Not to mention that they were one of the only companies who could provide a stretched suv in ct. I had to call several times and micro manage the confirmation process, but the eventually sent me the confirmation email. I confirmed a few days prior to the event, no problem. They confirmed the time and the correct addresses for pick up/drop off. When the day of the event came, the limo arrived on time, the stretched suv looked great, was clean etc. \r

After that, it was straight down hill. The driver took the bride and the bridal party to the wrong chapel (after I confirmed the correct address/chapel 2 days prior). Because of this, all our guests were seated and had to wait 45 minutes past the planned start of the wedding for the bride to arrive. After the wedding was completed, the driver waited as planed. He was very rude, had a grimace on his face the entire time did not say 2 words to us, didn't bother to introduce himself. Is a simple congratulations with a smile to much to ask? (if im his manager, I would stress that the driver is the face of the company and you want to leave a great impression on clients). After 2 min. it was clear that the driver did not know how to drive the limo. He drove over several curbs in the parking lot of the chapel. Proceeded to get out of the car and ripped down caution tape and drove over the area of the parking lot that was under construction. He took this round about way through the ghetto (in a stretched escalade) to get us back to the reception, while driving over several curbs trying to make turns and nearly caused an accident, while bouncing us around in the back. When we finally arrived late to the reception he surprisingly opened the door (with the same look of misery on his face). When I went to pay him he had the audacity to inform me that we went over our time limit by 30 min. and we owed him an extra $150 in overtime, preceded to tell me that it wasnt his fault that we went over our time limit and we had to pay him the money. Not to mention that our initial balance included his 20% tip. he put his 'boss' on the phone who wasn't even sure my initial balance on the night. So be sure to write down or know exactly how much you owe after your deposit etc. I'm now arguing with both of them, while the bride and bridal party were waiting for me to enter the reception which we were late for anyway (missed the cocktail hour). 10 min. later of arguing with these people I finally gave in, because it was my wedding night and i had better things to do than argue with them about $100. \r

I am from out of state, have used limo services 3 times in my life. But assure you that i will never use this company ever again, have shared this outrageously horrendous limo story with all of my guests who are local to the company. Will be sure to share the experience with all of my friends who live in ny, ct, nj area to ensure that they dont have to deal with the same nonsense that we all had to on our wedding day. As far as I am concerned, the only way they will rectify this will be to refund me my $200 deposit plus the extra $100 I ended up paying for 'overtime', as providing me a discount or free service in the future is not helpful. I hope they remove the driver from the company, and replace him with a gentleman who smiles, congratulates newly weds, goes to the right address, and knows how to operate the vehicle in such a manner that makes the passengers feel safe. \r

Avoid at all cost. not even a desperation limo service.
