Michael's is an elegant, expensive restaurant in the Spring Lake subdivision of Sebring. We've been there twice. Once for a special anniversary dinner celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The food was perfectly prepared and we enjoyed every bite. My husband ordered an alligator tail appetizer and it was the first time either of us had ever eaten gator tail. He loved it, I thought it was okay. The service wasn't quite what we expected from such a highly rated restaurant, however.
The second time we went to Michael's was for a New Year's Eve celebration. They were hosting a charity Las Vegas night. We had a wonderful time that night, too.
