I am a Michaels fan from it's start in Texas, have recently to moved to WA and have been to most of the Michaels in the area. This store frustrates me the most! Like the other reviewer, I too have had really unhelpful help all 4 times I have been there. I get the common "Oh, I don't know, IF we had it, it would be other there somewhere..." response. But the physical store itself is really awful. it's cramped, way too tight (and that's doesn't have to be a problem), but irritatingly disorganized. There is no flow, things are arbitrarily placed without thought of the customer's needs. And it's trashy looking. I get so distracted, by the visual clutter, I can't think about my project and the items they have that would work. A real obstruction to creativity. more

I went in looking for a small, pendant sized frame with nothing in the center, so I could add my own picture. I even had an example of what I meant. I asked two different clerks who both told me it *might* be in one of 3 different isles and 2 displays. I work in retail and that's why I looked for myself for about 30mins before asking for help. Hey ladies, trouble shooting for customers is part of the game. I also get that the store is packed full of tiny little items, all by different vendors...but, give me a break....""uhhh, if we had it check these 3, double sided isles and 4 sided displays. . . ."" Not very helpful. And I never found what I needed, so I'm really thrilled I drove 45mins to visit your store. Next time I will go online instead of waste my time at this location. What a crock...These fools ruined a priceless painting from Bali when attempting to frame it...they destroyed the canvass backing, got dirt all over it, and stretched the whole deal causing rips and cracks in the surface...there is no way to fix this, and all the managment could do is offer half off the price,,,it cost $80 to have Micheals ruin a piece of original priceless art.
