i have been to alot of michaels this store is terrible. i am so happy that the kingsport michaels has finally opened. the staff at the jc store is rude and unfamilar with the products that they sell in there own store, not trained to deal with customers and the store is dark and dirty. i had to speak to store manager about my treatment and she was very unprofessional and rude, to customers and staff. i almost stopped shopping with michaels until i found out they were opening a new store in kingsport. the staff in this store are amazing and very helpful. i am happy to see people who like there job.
