Exceptional POOR Customer Service 2/9/2011

Customer Service Very Lacking!\r I returned an book with an original receipt with several things on it. I was given the refund in cash, but when I wanted the original receipt which had other items on it, I was told they couldn't give me the receipt because they had given me cash. \r When I asked for a photocopy of the receipt they said they couldn't do that. I asked for a manager. The cashier got on her headset. She then told me the manager was on break. I said, "I'll wait. She said, "she won't be back for 45 minutes." Very interesting, when there's a sign posted behind her that says, A Manager is Always on Duty... Exceptional POOR Customer Service. more

Nice selection 7/19/2005

Though not as good as the Michael's in Lacey, this store has much of the same items they have. Smaller and not as well organized, you get the same great values. Whether you are scrapbooking, putting together a flower arrangement, or looking for some fun projects, this store is the place to look.
