Customer Service Very Lacking!\r
I returned an book with an original receipt with several things on it. I was given the refund in cash, but when I wanted the original receipt which had other items on it, I was told they couldn't give me the receipt because they had given me cash. \r
When I asked for a photocopy of the receipt they said they couldn't do that. I asked for a manager. The cashier got on her headset. She then told me the manager was on break. I said, "I'll wait. She said, "she won't be back for 45 minutes." Very interesting, when there's a sign posted behind her that says, A Manager is Always on Duty... Exceptional POOR Customer Service.
