While I first came in for clarifying blemish facials last year, and am over the moon happy with those, I started developing a very embarrassing problem! I was growing chin hairs. I am 37 so things biologically are changing. After much resistance on Ava's part, she told me she would only approve laser treatments for me if I first went to see an endocronologist, as she believed my problem was more hormonal. How many places actually refuse money? Shows the integrity, which makes me trust her skin care treatments even more! Anyhow, after getting clearance by the doctor, I've now had several laser hair removal treatments on my chin and I couldn't be happier. My coarse hair growth is growing in finer-and-finer!! more

When I write that this is the best laser hair removal in Miami, it's not without merit. They are an amazing medical spa with amazing people running the show. From the phone consultations to booking my appointment to meeting everyone in the office for the first time, I've never met a more friendly, warm and inviting group that made me feel completely at home. I went to two other medical spas and neither made me feel as at ease as did miami laser. They've definitely got themselves a devoted customer in me. I recommend anyone who is interested in finding a medical spa where the staff makes you feel at home and whom you can trust to try out miami laser. You won't be disappointed. I should have known from the moment I landed on their webpage that I was in for a very pleasant experience. No pushy sales pitches, not gimmicks, no false promises. In fact, as ready as I was to take out my credit card to pay for a treatment, I was stopped dead in my tracks, After 30 minutes of a free consultation, we came to the conclusion that I have PCOS. They would not treat me that day for laser because they said that I have hormonal issues which i should get taken care of first. Because if I don't take care of it, I will end up having paid for a treatment that might not work on me because my hormonal issues would counter what the treatment does. Unbelievable honesty, I really appreciate it. The place is super clean, very professional but yet you'll be treated with warmth. Their website is a helpful start. I'm very thankful to have found Laser Miami- even though the treatments took longer than I expected, my coarse, ugly chest hairs have been reduced to baby fine hair. My friend who chose to go to another place, still has to deal with a fraction of hair reduction compared to what I have, which is basically fine, fine baby hairs. Overall, I'm very satisfied! more

There are many places to choose from when looking for laser hair removal; particularly in Miami. However, as a black female, my skin is extremely vulnerable to skin discoloration. I searched high and low for a laser place that I felt comfortable with. Their website is so unbelievably informative coupled with the personable consultation. I can safely say I made the right decision. My chin hairs went from coarse to being super soft and I have a reduction of about 70% in laser growth. I'm very happy! more

I'm giving four stars because there was a little of pain involved because of the sensitive areas I had treated. Privacy and professionalism was provided from the initial consult to the last of my treatments. Even after I pre-paid for my package, I was always able to get in when I wanted. It's embarassing to have your private parts lasered, but it was done in a professional, discreet and in a manner where I experienced minimal embarassment. My treatments are over and I'm no longer hairy in the most intimate of areas. more
