Best Enchilada's I've Found! 1/12/2007

I really enjoyed my dining experience at Don Mateo's! The staff were friendly and efficient, the food was hot and absolutley delicious. I have never had better enchiladas anywhere, and I would recommend their queso con carne on anything! I don't live near Roanoke, but the drive is definately worth it just to savor their cheese sauce. A definate must try!! Pros: Atmosphere, Food, Service more
