I needed replacement of my a/c unit during a very busy time this summer. The response from Meyer & Depew was great given it was a very busy time of the year.....and during a heat...

Worst

When we moved into a three-bedroom house, we found we needed a new boiler. Meyer & Depew were able to get the job done quickly, but we found the first floor was unreasonably cold...

We had our A/C unit replaced today by Meyer & Depew, technician was Frank B. He was great, very knowledgeable, smart, polite and friendly. Took his time to explain instructions, and cleaned up afterwards he finished. Could not ask for someone better. What a great experience. more

Great Experience. Would recommend. 4/22/2017

Called M&D as I was in quite a bind with one of my condo rentals and their team came in and addressed my cooling problem. Need to give credit to Anderson C for is professionalism, knowledge of his craft, and integrity. He took the time to help me understand exactly where some of the challenges were with my existing configurations and gave me a full rundown of my options for improvement. Bottom line, when he left,my tenants had AC and were quite pleased. As an owner who relies on external services to keep his tenants happy, M&D and Anderson made this engagement easy and accommodating. Would recommend Meyer & Depew / Anderson C for HVAC needs to anyone. more

Seasonal service call 4/20/2017

Successful HVAC update 12/27/2016

Meyer & Depew installed a replacement gas furnace and air conditioning system in August. Their customer service representative took the time to explain my options and was kind enough to lend me a few window units to help me survive in the August heat until my install date a few days later. Their technicians Frank B. and Anderson C. were very professional, working to get the system up and running on a Friday and returning the next day, a Saturday, to finish it off. Highly recommend to others. more

John W, Phil C, Anderson & Wadly were all spot on. They showed up early did the job completely & clean. They finished ahead of schedule & were friendly & professional. new heating and cooling system 8/16/2016

Frank B., Rob, and Frank B. all installed a new heating and cooling system in my home last week. They worked nonstop on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, polite, and clean. I cannot recommend them enough. Their work was impeccable and the new system works perfectly. more

Vinny did a great job. 8/12/2016

Vinny arrived within about an hour of my call to Meyer & Depew. After we explained the problem he told us how he would evaluate the problem and get back to us with his recommendations. When he came back he explained clearly the problem and made recommendations to replace the capacitor. He gave us a very fair price, we authorized the repair which was completed. He was very thorough in explaining to us the situation with our air conditioner and answered all our questions in detail. We were very pleased with Vinny's service and that of Meyer & Depew. more

We needed the humidifier on our furnace fixed. The fix was fast and easy. We used Meyer & Depew for our original installation and maintain a service contract with them . They always respond promptly. This fix was fast. more
