ZERO stars. Had to give a rating so one star is noted. Only needed one simple lite switch replaced due to the plastic toggle breaking. Replacement switch was not a dimmer switch. Circuit not a problem. Tech wasted a lot of time walking thru my home checking all outlets and trying to convince me to change out the breaker box. Then spent a lot of time in his van. He finally changed the switch (took five minutes max!!!) tried to charge me $250.00 for his service, I had to ""talk him down"" to $182.50 which still seems high for a dispatch call and five minute service. These people charge you for tech time for evaluating things you didn't ask to have evaluated. When I called to speak with the owner, she was rude, defensive and did not want to discuss the issue. BEWARE anyone who isn't assertive enough to keep the tech ""on task"" you'll pay for time that is wasted!!!
