Great service 6/22/2017

It always amazes me how they manage to keep my old appliances going. I just had a repair on my range, they hunted all over for a part so I wouldn't have to replace the stove. It's fixed and I am thrilled. more

Non responsive to request for call back 8/24/2016

Technician response was good, managed to fit me in during tight scheduling. Diagnosed problem reassembled internal covers. Frig started to work although erratic. I requested a call back to confirm the diagnosis. I could not get the tech to call me. I requested the contact three times. This would have been a one minute conversation. Go elsewhere! more

??? Unprofessional Service 3/7/2016

Technician that came out 03/04/16 was bad mouthing Home Depot who had me set up service call to see if my door could be warranty replaced. The entire time he was in my home was very unprofessional. more
