Staffordshirelover! 11/2/2011

Dr. Callahan is the best Vet we've ever had. He spent 2 hours with us explaning our options for our Staffordshire Bull Terrier after she ruptured her Cranial Cruciate Ligament. His rates were reasonable and he didn't try to sell us on the most expensive option. He is caring and even after a huge surgery, this is the only vet's office that our dog doesn't get petrified when seeing the front door. more

Thank You from Rusty the Redbone Coonhound 2/9/2010

Dr Callahan and the staff at Metrowest Veterinary Clinic exhibit the utmost level of professionalism, expertise, sensitivity, and compassion towards their patients and their guardians. \r On February 14th, 2004, we adopted Rusty. We knew little about Redbone Coonhounds. I was told that some hunters will leave redbone coonhounds in the woods if the dog is not good at hunting. Someone abandoned Rusty. Well, I do not know anything about hunting, but I do know that he was one of our greatest assets and our best friend. He was disciplined (no need for alarm clocks), full of love, intuitiion, loyalty, playfulness, and had a zest for life. When I first adopted him and took him to Metrowest Vet Clinic for his shots, he was anxious, but the staff was so affectionate towards him, he soon felt at ease- flirting with those beautiful honey brown eyes and wagging his tail.\r \r Rusty, my beloved Redbone Coonhound, was diagnosed with Cancer in September. I have adopted many dogs, but there was jus more

Twenty Years of First Class Service! 9/15/2009

We have been Clients of this Clinic for almost 20 years. The doctors here are the finest. They are up to date on the latest procedures and medicines available. I run an animal rescue and I drive 70 miles round trip to visit this clinic. The staff is very friendly and caring. The doctors take the time to listen to you! and explain things to you clearly before treating your pet. They treat you like family I would highly recommend this clinic. Absolutely the best in all of central florida. more

Metrowest Veterinary Clinic is Top Notch 7/31/2009

We were going to take our dog to an emergency clinic after an accidental poisoning. The emergency clinic wanted to charge over a thousand dollars just to admit our dog. We then called Dr. Callahan who saved our dog's life at a fraction of the cost that the clinic was going to charge. We have subsequently been to Dr. Callahan many times. He is the best! \r Kristen S. more

Dr. Callahan is awesome! 10/14/2008

Dr. Callahan first helped us over the phone during after hours when a different veterinarian's office had incorrectly prescribed 2 medications for our dog and she was bleeding internally as a result. He knew exactly what to do, was calm, caring, and got my dog through the night. We have used him ever since, even though we have to drive 25 miles. He is an excellent vet, has GREAT bedside manner, is an excellent surgeon, and always spends as much time as you need answering all questions. He is the best vet we have ever found! The staff is friendly and very caring. I highly recommend them! more
