We purchased the top of the line king size Lockport pillowtop mattress for $1600 and after a few weeks the mattress started to sag. Lockport Mattress sent a representative to our house to check the bed frame support and said it was fine. They said it was the mattress and gave us a new one. After two months the second mattress had the same sagging problem. It is the worst mattress I have ever slept on since my husband and I roll into the center of it. None of our other mattresses have ever sagged and they were inexpensive. We wanted to buy a premium mattress and help out a local company. We wish we would have just ordered the mattress we previously picked out on the internet. We are disappointed in the quality of Lockport Mattresses and unfortunately can not recommend their products.
