I had my 2008 CL63BENZ there for waxing, the guy didn't know how to move the chair. He broke the seat cable for release fall out causing seat to get stuck. The seat couldn't unlatch to return seeatback to its original position so i had to get it towed to the dealer. I was so kind at that time, though they messed up my car, I still tipped the guy and didn't say anything. I was hoping it's under warranty so I don't have to pay and wait until the next day to see how much it will cost to fix it etc..I called the next day to metro car wash to tell the manager, his name is Mike, that his worker actually broke my chair. He was nasty and blaming that it broke itself. He denied that his worker never break anything. The mechanic at Fletcher Jones mercedes confirmed to me and said they pushed the chair too hard so it broke the cable. It's a new car and new model, not everyone is familiar with its functions. Anyway, the guy was rude, he denied everything and refused to do anything. not even offer me a free car wash or an appology. I was thinking if the guy even says sorry then I don't mind to let go but he was extremely rude and un-professional, no manner.\r
So I advise, don't bring your good car there because they don't know how to handle it. I don't want to be mean but it explains why Mike can only work at car wash.
