dont waste your time or money at METRO 3/7/2009

absolutely horrible service! 35$ wasted. \r i am a poor colledge student who decided to finally get his car washed right. my mistake was going to metro... i took the $35 special and assumed my car was in good hands. that is where things went downhill. \r \r 1. they throw my car down the automated wash and let it come to a stop on its own at the end of the line, after it came to s a stop i watched in horror as a large SUV came within inches of rolling into my little subaru, only to have a employee jump in at the last second and jolt my car out of the way \r \r 2. while standing in the hall way watching them ""detail"" my car i stood in shock as an employee parked another massive SUV next to my car and spray rim cleaner all over the place whilst LEANING AGAINST MY FENDER with a paint brush sticking out of his pocket. he proceded to spray water and rim cleaner all over the side of my just ""waxed"" body panels. this left my left side with lovely water spots as well as small black particles. \r \r 3. after finally getting my car back i get inside and notice that not only did they not bother vacuume my floor boards, they decided that washing my rims wasnt included in the $35 i just threw away. \r \r All said and done i had to re-wash my car the next day becuase of how terrible of a job they did. \r \r I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE WASH Cons: everything was terrible from the attitude of employees to the supplies they use more

Don't bring your luxury cars there 11/16/2007

I had my 2008 CL63BENZ there for waxing, the guy didn't know how to move the chair. He broke the seat cable for release fall out causing seat to get stuck. The seat couldn't unlatch to return seeatback to its original position so i had to get it towed to the dealer. I was so kind at that time, though they messed up my car, I still tipped the guy and didn't say anything. I was hoping it's under warranty so I don't have to pay and wait until the next day to see how much it will cost to fix it etc..I called the next day to metro car wash to tell the manager, his name is Mike, that his worker actually broke my chair. He was nasty and blaming that it broke itself. He denied that his worker never break anything. The mechanic at Fletcher Jones mercedes confirmed to me and said they pushed the chair too hard so it broke the cable. It's a new car and new model, not everyone is familiar with its functions. Anyway, the guy was rude, he denied everything and refused to do anything. not even offer me a free car wash or an appology. I was thinking if the guy even says sorry then I don't mind to let go but he was extremely rude and un-professional, no manner.\r So I advise, don't bring your good car there because they don't know how to handle it. I don't want to be mean but it explains why Mike can only work at car wash. more
