I scheduled a pickup with them to take me to the airport because I was going to be gone for 3 weeks and didn't want to pay to park my car. The guy showed up on time, but got his car stuck in a ditch. After getting me to help him push his car (to no avail), he made no attempt to contact another driver to get me to the airport, even at my request. I ended up having to drive and park my own car at a cost of $120.00. Very unprofessional in my opinion!
Pros: Hmmm.....
Cons: Unreliable service. You might as well wait on the bus.
