All you get is voicemail when you call. There is no return calls. They are nice enough until the sale is made and the equipment is deliviered. If you need it adjusted or repaired it is at their convenience, not yours. My son's wheelchair's back broke on a Friday morning. I was told that they do not make housecalls, or will go to the school. That he could live with an unstable back until I got time off from work to drop it off at their shop in the morning and then pick it up in the afternoon before five! I told them that the chair needed to be readjusted and their response was that my son was lazy and needed to be coached how to sit up right. He is 14 and can sit up correctly on his in the chair! They are uncaring, unresponsive, arrogant, and rude. For the type of business they are in you would think that they would show some kind of compassion. All they want is that almighty dollar! Use them at your own risk!
