Great Summer Restaurant 4/15/2006

This restaurant is located on the Saugutuck channel. There are only a handful of restaurant that offer this kind of water front seating like the Mermaid in Saugatuck. The food is good and the prices are fair. It’s fun to watch the foot traffic and water traffic in the summer months here. It’s definitely a must in Saugutuck. more

Waterfront seating is a plus 4/14/2006

We go to Mermaid in the summer as much to sit on the patio overlooking the river as to eat the food. It is a great place to relax and people watch (or boat watch). They food is good, service is good, but the outdoor seating is really the best reason to visit. Prices are pretty reasonable and the menu selection is pretty large. more
