Meridian Technology Center

Meridian technology is not the school for me. After signing a contract for $2.50 an hour I ended up paying $9.50 an hour. Months later I was sent to a collection agency for a $300 balance that I am not responsible for. If I were to pay it the $2.50 an hour that jumped to $9.50 will escalade to $10.85. Instead I will be contacting my legal representative and applying the $300 to fight the bully! Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. Price gouging is illegal and this school will hopefully LEARN that they cannot treat others the way they have treated me. And to think I went back for a second degree and this is how they treat me. Not to mention the job shadowing program I offer to their students and the numerous referrals. Personally I think the acedemy of hair design is a much better place of education. And they are honest about charging $12 an hour. Unlike meridian who claims $2.50 an hour but try's to trap you in at $10.85 an hour! Spend your money else where! more

Meridian technology center is a private research company although it has very strong ties with universities, espcially with Oklahoma State University research groups. They have enough equipment along with some nice buildings along with the wide including a large lake. Looking at these belongings I might say that they have enough project to go with enough funding at least for the next couple of years. Considering its large campus, it is close to the town as possible as it can get and I definitely suggest this place as a nice work environment for those who might be interested. more
