Excellent service! 11/17/2015

Mike responded quickly and within minutes determined why our water meter reading was so high: the water pressure reducing valve had broken and water was spraying out of it into the crawl space. Mike called his shop and someone rushed to a store to get the part we needed (it was nearly closing time) and delivered the part to our house. Mike crawled under the house to switch out the broken part for the new part. What a relief! He worked late to take care of us. more

Perfect Plumbing! 11/17/2015

Hurray for Meridian Plumbing! Brian arrived even earlier than promised, was straightforward about the cost, and finished the job perfectly in less time than I expected. He was polite and personable through the whole thing, and even seems to like crawl spaces! He was very respectful of my home and nice to my dog. We couldn't be more pleased! more

Fast and Courteous. Highly Recommend. 11/10/2015

I had a water-line brass fitting fail under the floor, causing water to spray into the crawl-space. MP responded to my call very quickly, and had a service rep out shortly thereafter. The repair was fast and efficient. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable. When these bad-luck events happen, no homeowner is thrilled about it, but it's nice to know that there is someone out there who can help when you need it. more

A Great Experience 11/1/2015

July 22, 2015... I had a kitchen sink faucet installed by Meridian Plumbing. The Tech was Dan. My overall experience was great! Especially a happy day for me, because I had been living with a broken kitchen faucet for many years. Dan did an excellent job for me. He was professional, friendly, and got the job done in an impressive short time. I'm very happy with my choice of Meridian Plumbing. 3 months later, and my faucet is working wonderfully! Also, their pricing was really fair and a worth every penny value. more

We recently moved to Boise and needed a faucet installed. I didn't know who to call so looked at prior reviews at plumbers near our home. Dan did a great job and was very friendly and helpful. He installed the faucet quickly and the price was extremely fair. Would call them again for any plumbing needs. more

5 star service 10/15/2015

Brian made a trip to our house to estimate the cost of the water heater and hose bib replacement. I ended up buying a water heater myself then had him do the installation. That took 2 separate trips the same day because I had picked up the wrong size unit. He made sure that the second unit was installed as soon as possible so we could get the water back on. Very happy with the installation of the water heater and the hose bib in a timely manner. more

Dan showed up in the time frame expected, diagnosed 2 different issues for us and quoted repairs, and made recommendations. He was friendly, helpful and thorough, and performed the requested work with good quality. No hesitation in using Meridian Plumbing again or recommending. Thanks! more

Great customer service!! 9/13/2015

We just bought our house and we were having water coming from our water heater drain pipe and a burning metallic smell so we called meridian plumbing and the tech installed an expansion tank hopefully saving the tank. It was installed wrong by someone 3 years ago who neglected to install the expansion tank. We were low on finances but they worked with us letting us break the payments into 3 months!! Installation of new RO with faucet and new sink faucet 8/29/2015

Brian from Meridian Plumbing installed a new reverse osmosis system for us, which we had purchased from Sears and he helped us find, purchase and installed a new sink faucet. Brian couldn't have been more professional. Due to his experience and knowledge, he worked quickly while explaining to us what he was doing and answered all our questions as he went. In trying to correct an issue with our previous equipment, he had to leave for a while, which gave us time to shop for a new faucet. With his help, we chose one that he picked up and returned the same day to install and finish the job. He tried to keep costs to a minimum when possible. Brian is a huge asset to Meridian Plumbing and we will always use him from now on. more

Outside faucet repaired 8/27/2015

Brian arrived at the appointed time and quickly reviewed my options for repairing the leaky outside faucet. He not only repaired that one, but took time to check my other outside faucet for potential problems. He was informative, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Meridian Plumbing and Brian to anyone needing plumbing services! more

HE SHOWED UP TO INSTALL A SINK THAT WE HAD PURCHASED AND WAS NICE ENOUGH TO TELL US THAT WE REALLY DIDN'T WANT THAT SINK BUT SAID HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND ENSTALL THE RIGHT ONE. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND. HE GIVES PLUMBERS A REALLY HIGH STANDARD TO LIVE UP TO. THANKS DAN! more

Dan came to fix a couple of problems we had. We're totally satisfied with his work! He not only solved the problems, leaking toilets and a water pressure issue, but also provided me with useful information on how I can help to maintain my systems. Dan then went above and beyond by giving me a follow-up call later in the day. Great job! Great job!! more
