Heather Sorenson was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I had to wait a VERY long time for my appointment. She was NOT very friendly and seemed like she DID NOT enjoy her job!

My experience at Mercy Plastic Surgery Center was great. Heather Farris was very professional and provided me with insight on how to improve the overall appearance of my skin. With multiple visits and and my daily regimen, I have noticed improvements with my imperfect skin. The environment is very relaxing, the staff is very courteous and the facials are soothing and enjoyable.They are pricey however there are specials, and packages available. I would recommend Heather Farris to others more
