Great experience! They were very caring and offered a lot of information in reference to my dogs health. Both vets were very knowledgeable and patient as I asked several questions. The hospital is well equipped and the vet has many many years experience. I would feel safe taking my dog back if there were a serious issue. In the mean time I will be taking advantage of their preventative care plan. more

My aunt is pet lover and I used to be with her whenever she visits the clinic. I really love dogs so I am inspired and encouraged to have my own puppy and become a regular client of Dr. Nicole of Mercury Animal Hospital. My dog is very well attended by Dr. Nicole. Bubbles (my dog’s name) have complete vaccination and I regularly visit the clinic for her grooming and checkup. It is really great to have pet and a hospital I can call my pet's home away from home. more

Perfect Day: It was really perfect and fine day when I brought my dog to Mercury Animal Hospital. My pet had her total grooming and medical and dental checkup as well. It is not a waste of money to invest on your pets so I recommend the Mercury Animal Hospital to be the place for your pet's welfare. The doctors and staff are well trained and very warm. They have complete facilities and the professional and service fees are very reasonable. My dog has regular visit to Dr. Nicole. Try the experience from this wonderful clinic. more

Lodging for my pet: I am single and working in a corporate world. Our company has two-day seminar out of town and it was a big problem for me because I have a cat living with me and I do not have someone to take care of my pet. Good that my colleague recommend Mercury Animal Hospital where they also cater Boarding and Daycare. It was great because my pet found a second home. The hospital staff took care of my pet while away from home. Thanks a lot guys. more

Amazing experience: My dog lost her appetite and I don't know the reason why. One of my friends recommend Dr. Nicole from Mercury Animal Clinic, at first I was hesitant but then he was persistent so I decided to bring my dog to her clinic. to my surprise my dog got well in one visit. Their dental service diagnosed my dog to have tooth problem. The hospital ambiance is great and the doctors are very warm. more

I visited my grandmother in VA bringing with me my favorite puppy, Hearty. Unfortunately due to change of weather my puppy got cold and my uncle recommended Mercury Animal Hospital for my pet. I was recently got a puppy and Dr. Nicole came highly recommended by one of her loyal clients. Needless to say, I was very pleased with her services. She was very professional and her mannerism showed she cared with a genuine interest in my pet. The staff were friendly and courteous as well. My puppy instantly liked Dr. Nicole and that made me very comfortable with her. Overall, I was very pleased with the visit. The fees were reasonable for me in comparison to others. As far as I am concerned, Dr. Nicole at Mercury Animal Hospital is the vet for my pet and she has earned another loyal client!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Animal Lover 2/7/2012

I am a new client and I was referred by a friend who takes their babies (their dogs) to Mercury Animal Hospital. They have been going there for quite sometime and I met someone else in the grocery store and we start to talk and the conversation got around to our love of animals and she recommended Mercury Animal Hospital as well so that where I went with my pet. I have been going to Mercury Animal Hospital for 10 years. I am very pleased with the up keep of the hospital the Drs. and staff are very nice. My pet loves it there. They have many services that I use such as boarding, bathing, daycare, and plenty of discounts on preventatives and food items. I must say I AM HAPPY WITH MY VET & I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE THAT TRULY LOVES THEIR PET!!! Pros: null Cons: null more

Will not be taking my pet back 6/29/2010

This place charges way to much in vet fees. The annual medical exam is over $50 and includes NOTHING special. I was just charged $38 to have a bandage removed after my dog had surgery there. And the charges for the surgery were completely insane. They seriously charged me $26 for the surgery room, $22 for a recovery room (aka kennel), and $24 for a suture pack (those are bought wholesale at less that $5.00 a piece) Pros: close by Cons: overcharge a lot more
