I am a customer and agree 100%, the only Insurance Company worse is LIBERTY MUTUAL!!!!! Don't waste your money with either!! State Farm charges roughly the same but at least will help if u r hit by someone, look at damages, pay for stuff they are supposed 2!!! What a concept!!!! more

Do not go with Merchants 8/29/2011

Merchant Insurance Group's Automative Billing System is faulty and their customer service representatives do not contact you after you request them to do so. They are also extremely unprofessional and rude, including their supervisor. I would not recommend anyone to use Merchant Insurance Group for car insurance or any other services. Their customer service is terrible and by far the worst I have ever experienced. more
