Merchant Insurance Group's Automative Billing System is faulty and their customer service representatives do not contact you after you request them to do so. They are also extremely unprofessional and rude, including their supervisor. I would not recommend anyone to use Merchant Insurance Group for car insurance or any other services. Their customer service is terrible and by far the worst I have ever experienced.
