Willie went the extra mile to make sure my service experience was good. Car took much longer to repair than planned due to parts that needed to be ordered. But Willie communicated well and even drove the car to my house after hours. more

I was greeted by the Service Advisor, Willie Caldwell. I went in for service type B. Besides his great costumer service, he was excellent on explaining what other type services my car needed. They only downfall about my whole experience, was that they took too long to return my car. \r \r my overall satisfaction was very good. \r I'm looking foward to working with Willie Caldwell again. more
