If you noticed the reviews from 8/12/01 through 8/30/01 they all seem to have a 10 rating. I wouldn't be surprised if the owners were trying to hype up they establishment. Really,...

Sunday brunch buffet is a steal 11/5/2009

I've been to Memories of India a few times for the Sunday brunch buffet. It's a great place for someone who is new to Indian cuisine because you have the opportunity to try a little bit of everything. The waitstaff is sure to keep the butter naan coming and the champagne flowing. (Did I mention brunch includes UNLIMITED champagne?!?) The brunch buffet changes weekly so make sure to go more than once. Pros: friendly staff, reasonable prices more

Terrible Memory of India 5/19/2009

Visited for a birthday tonight. In short the service was terrible, food was blah, portion sizes were small and was very expensive. Food came out in 45 minutes for 5 dishes. $5 for one scoop of small ice cream. This was a terrible experience and dont recommend it. Pros: Plenty of space - restaurant was empty Cons: Very Expensive & Horrible service Alot to be desired for more

Great Indian Food! 2/23/2009

I recently moved to the Orlando area from the California bay area (where I had gotten used to superb Indian food) and have been looking around for a good Indian place to go to...and I think I've found it at Memories of India. I went there for lunch recently and got one of their lunch combos with the samosa. Everything was so delicious and not at all greasy. The chicken in my dish was tender and flavorful and the naan was fresh and tasty. I haven't gone for dinner or the Sunday buffet, but I definitely plan to soon! Pros: great food, great value Cons: service can be inattentive but does an overall good job more

Bad Memories. 1/16/2009

I think owners have left the management to a highly unqualified staff. Ordered Navratna Korma & They gave me Mutter Paneer. When I asked them to replace it, they said his IS Navratna Korma. Even Roti was burned. \r \r Not a good experience. more

Best Indian 8/15/2007

This is the best Indian food I have found in the Orlando area. It ranks up there with Kohinoor. Friendly staff, good selection, great prices. You can eat lunch there including bread and dessert for $8.00 and leave feeling full. The Sunday lunch buffet is amazing. Check it out. Pros: Great food at a great price Cons: It's a hidden gem. It is rather small and you could probably not bring a party bigger than 8, but that's part of its charm. more

Very Decent Restaurant 4/12/2007

Very good food both for Lunch and Dinner....highly recommended in the area, others are ripoff's. Quantity, Taste and Service good and Economical more

I like everything about this place 1/7/2007

\r Wonderful food.\r \r Great lunch specials.\r \r Prompt good service.\r \r I strongly recommend this restaurant.\r \r \r \r Pros: Great food Cons: They tend to go light on the spice for the American palette more

very memorable 11/28/2002

Memories of India is definately the best Indian restaraunt in the Greater Orlando area. The food is always superb. The service is impeccable. I find myself craving their Mutter Paneer quite often. Go there for their Sunday Brunch for an all you can eat buffet. The menu for the brunch changes weekly. I cannot say one negative word about this restaraunt - and I have been there several times. Pros: food, service, cleanliness more
