I definitely recommend Dr. Melnick for general dentistry. I haven't had many problems with my teeth so can't attest to this personally but he specializes in pain reduction. He has you fill out this super long questionaire and your first visit is an hour long VERY thorough inspection. He uses special instruments that are all state of the art. His hygenists are good (relatively painless). I know many people who go to him who all like him.
