Do not under any circumstances go to this place. They are dishonest crooks and will rip you off. I got hit with the classic bait and switch...they quoted me a price for a new battery on the phone (which the manager later lied and said he never quotes on the phone), and then raised the price $60 when my wife went in to purchase it. Liars, cheats and worst kind of pond scum. more

Never go there, it is just a joke.\r My car's engine light was on , I went there to repair it, they charged me more than $400 and siad it is repaired . The light really went off that time, but 2 days later, the light backed on. I went there to check again, and they said it is something else this time, but they are not sure. they will charge me again if I let them to repair. It is unbelievable. they just lied to me. Now I don't think they repaied my car in the 1st time. \r \r Never go there if you don't want waste your money and time. more

Meineke is not the place for Alarm Installations 9/10/2011

Purchased a discontinued alarm system in September, 2010. Lied to me the entire time that I've been returning the vehicle for alarm system problems. Lied to me about getting me a replacement remote which took 6-7 weeks to arrive,,,,then as I told them because I had spoken to the manufacturer directly, the replacement remotes could not be programmed to my alarm system. Will NEVER take my vehicle to Meineke again. Total incompetents when it comes to alarm installation. It's a shame that one bad apple can ruin the entire reputation of Meineke. more
