This is the worst place to move! Dont move here if you have kids. The older kids in that place steal stuff. The cops are always here! Someone got shot 2 apartments down!!!! I was late was work once because the cops wouldnt let anyone leave. There was a building with a tree on it for months, now there are just tarps on the roof. (4 months) The office management act like its the best to live. maintenance takes weeks to come. People always have their rap music on. Theres so many problems to even name!!! Please do not ever move here! I cant wait until the lease is up! And just so you know I didnt even want to give this place a rating but it made me. more

Bad place to live , 9/22/2008

The people in the office are not nice to you all they want is that lease to you I have a shurb that has been in bad shap for three month and they have not removed it .they will put flower in frount of the office but they will not replace it .there roof did it when they remove are roof .very loud at night they have kids walk the place in groups .they let people have party at all hour of the night . Pros: thump down Cons: they want your lesse and when they get it they not care about any thing . more

Barking dogs, Loud rap music, Lousy service, Fights, This place has it all. It is a very bad idea to move here. Pros: Large Living Areas Cons: Everything else more

worst complex in metro detroit 3/5/2008

As I come home today at 3:00 pm the snow is still not plowed. It stopped snowing at 4:00 am. This place is a dump and the Management is terrible. Pros: Large for money Cons: just about everything more
