I have been to this office twice with a loved one, and from one looking inside tring to help and figure a new Diabetic's situation and tring to get the best care for the one I love, I felt LIKE I SHOULD ATTEND THE VISIT! well I felt completely uncomfortable and IT WAS NOT A WELCOMING OFFICE AT ALL. I am in sales and I will tell you if I ever talked to my customers with such little respect and didn't know my product or service, I would be out of business. I think that Dr. G should spend more time in the office on her current patients, rather than loose all her faitful ones. The hands they are in without her, are about as knowledgeable as the average consumer. DON'T know much, They say things just to say them, They don't know facts and certainly don't care! If I worked as hard as Dr. G I'm sure I would want to know who is working for me and maybe who should not be! Anyhow, not a warm office. very cold and dry, and I am not talking temperature. Do your research and find a new place that actually cares. Thats exactly what we are doing now. One more thing, When we asked the NP, or RN, If we could schedule an appointment she said, "Why I am noy good enough for you". WOW is right! She said she is so booked and would not even attempt to schedule an appointment, Did not even care to ask or try to get one, Even though she knew how important it was to her patient! Just and FYI. Do your homework! Thanks for listening and I hope this helped.
