I had an emergency, because I was about to take my aunt's ashes to a foreign country, and the funeral home that cremated her, in Connecticut, gave us a metal urn, not telling us that we would need to carry the ashes in a plastic urn to get through airport security. We called McGuinness Funeral Home, and Richard gave me a temporary container, free, and transferred the ashes to the plastic container. They did it 10 minutes after I called them. They were very nice about it, and explained what else was required to transport the remains. If this is any indication of how they are with a funeral. then I can highly recommend them.
