Very professional dealership 3/25/2011

This dealership is very professional in handling my needs. Fred was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and helped me out. The service department being open on Saturdays, makes it very convenient to have work performed there. The free car washes is an extra. more

I'm always treated like VIP at McGrath Lexus 3/21/2011

I live in the south suburbs of chicago which is about 25 to 30 miles away from this dealer. I make it a point to ONLY deal with McGrath Lexus of Westmont. I'm always treated like a VIP whenI enter and leave the dealer. Either for service, parts, or sales they are always #1 in quality and service. Bill Tacker is my perferred sales person, he helped me and a few of my friends purchase cars. He is spectactular when when comes to finding the right car and getting the right price. He exceeds expectation each time as a sales person. more

The company is fair & the service is on top of things 3/17/2011

Let me put it to you this way... I live in Orland Park, literally 3 blocks away from Lexus of Orland; but I purchase my cars at McGrath. Your company is fair & your service department is really on top of things... & believe me, I'm not an easy sell; I'm in sales myself. more
