Don't Even Bother With The Drive-Thru 4/3/2011

In the last year of living in Santa Rosa, we have ate at this location about 15 times. Dine in is fine, but the Drive-Thru sucks! Everytime we go through the drive-thru, the order gets messed up. They put everything on the burgers whether you ask for "no onions", "no lettuce", "no pickle", etc., or not. I have even been given my order, and then handed the order for the customer behind me. I think I'll start going the block or so further south to Burger King or two blocks north to Wendy's from now on. At least they both know what "NO" means. more

Pretty good for McDonalds! 4/9/2006

This is probably the best McDonalds in the whole city. The place is pretty clean, the food is made a little less carelessly than usual and it is a decent place to sit and eat. The drive thru isn't too bad either. The only problem with this one is that it is usually short staffed and you have to wait a little while for your food sometimes. more
