Worst customer service ever! Problem didn't start until after I purchased a vehicle, but when I asked about my title (which they were holding until they got the title of my trade in from my bank) they would tell me they would call me back, and never would. I would call them back later and I was specifically told that my bank sent them the title and they were waiting for it, but my bank said that they told them they never sent the title. After two and a half weeks of this I needed to get another temp tag, but the dealership flat out refused to help me in any way. Now I have no car to drive thanks to misinformation and the unwillingness of the dealership to help out a customer. My suggestion? GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
