I was skepitcal when my doctor asked me to try physical therapy again and was pleasantly suprised to get relief of my low back pain after working with Matt at PT Northwest. Instead of just having me do loads of exercises he helped me isolate my problem and provided me with just a couple of exercises to do throughout the day. He spent a lot of time talking with me about what kinds of things I do during the day that affect my problem and how to avoid/or better adapt those situation. Highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. I hope I don't need therapy again, but if I do I know where to go.
