Maximum Security

Just received a call from this company today, offering me a ""free"" security system. When I said I wasn't interested, the man insulted me and hung up. Very rude and unprofessional. This must be a scam. more

Recently hired this company to replace my mother's life alert system They saved me about $20 per month from what I was paying before and also was able to get rid of her home phone to save another $30 per month. I highly recommend this company. more

Do NOT use this this company. You will be sorry. Probably the worst customer service of any alarm company. Constant run around, never resolve issues just bounce you back and forth to monitoring company. HUGE issue with customer service, hello Tiffany, glad your in charge of my account, certainly wish you would do your job and fix the issue the first time. Maximum Security Alarm, based out of Sacramento, California. Owned and ran by Andrew Higgins, his twin fat sloppy brother David Higgins and their pedophile looking busted up slack ass father Dennis Higgins. Is just one of many scams this Higgins family and their friends have been doing for a long time, at least 8 years for this company. The awful things they do on a regular basis are just way too much for me to mention and invest any additional time into. They have the most complaints for any alarm company and probably any company for that matter and they wouldn't have this many complaints, especially back to back to complaints unless it were all true. Save yourself a hassle and don't do business or interact with these people on any level. more

Avoid this company at all costs. They are the people behind ""Tom's Home Security"" spam telemarketing calls that harass thousands. Why would anyone ever do business with a company that has no morals? more

When I called (916)-437-0272 and spoke to another telemarketer named ""Casey"" he told me that they get their numbers from a third party and he would remove my name from the list. I also warned him that I was recording the phone conversation and according to harassment laws I am giving him a verbal notice that his company is harassing me and for them to stop calling me. He laughed a bit before I gave him the companies address in Sacramento and then he seemed very cooperative. we'll see if they still call me or not. more

I wouldn't do business with a company who violates my privacy and keeps calling me unwontedly on my cell phone that is on the do not call list. Get a life and do business the right way...and stop calling me!!!!!! more

I just wanted to post what has happened to me with Maximum. The sales rep that come to my house was very professional and so was the Service Tech. that came to install the equipment. The Service Tech was GREAT how he worked with me to find the best stop where to put this system which was NOT easy, but was very concerned that it worked both for me and the system. However, I did have a problem with the install and ended up talking to the Regional Sales Manager who was awful to deal with. After hanging up the phone from him I call my Sales Rep to get Andrew Higgins phone number. After talking to Andrew Higgins who was VERY professional and understood all my concerns and handled any of the problems I had very quickly (within a couple of days). The system will be installed tonight and I will write another review after all the problems have been resolved and I get a chance to use the system because I think Andrew Higgins and his company needs a chance. Andrew Higgins has gone above and beyond to save my business and was very concerned on what had happened to me. It is amazing the the owner of the company would take that much concern over what had happened to me! So I will keep you posted but so far Andrew Higgins has kept his word! 8-12-2011 Well my system is in and working GREAT! They call to phones registered in Do Not Call Registry. If you start getting those calls there is no way to stop it. Other telemarketing companies just remove you from their list upon your demand immidiately, Maximum Security never!. They keep calling you over and over and over. They make automated tele-marketing calls (illegal) to cell-phones (illegal) that are on the do-not-call list (illegal). Do you really want a company that has no regard for the law entering your home to install a security system?????? more
