After picking my car up and driving home, the front end started vibrating violently. while troubleshooting the area that was work on, I found the charcoal canister located above...

Good Job, Again 4/8/2016

Over the last 3 years, we've had our 2006 Toyota Tundra, our 1996 Volvo wagon and our 1964 Ford F100 serviced at Maxi. Everything from new brakes, to a new radiator, to AC servicing and engine tune-ups have been done. The work is good, the explanations clear and the prices reasonable. The staff has a good attitude, and they communicate well. more

Awesome Service; Fair Price 4/7/2016

I have been using Maxi Muffler for several years. However, when I purchased my new Jeep Wrangler, I decided to allow Jeep to perform all of the service on it. They use only Mopar oil which they manufacture, and I thought that has to be the best for my vehicle. (I'm certain that that is exactly what Jeep wants everyone to believe). What amazed me was how Jeep attempted to nickel and dime me for everything under the sun. Then I realized that I had made a mistake, and decided to once more take my Jeep to Maxi. From Maxi I receive the same quality of service, only at a fraction of the costs. I will NEVER again take my Jeep to Jeep for service. They actually attempted to convince me that I needed a new set of lug nuts and wanted to bill me $200.00. Maxi Muffler is made up of a bunch of very, very hard working, and honest people who have certainly earned my business for as long as I am able to drive. Thank you, Maxi for the awesome job that you all consistently do. more

Consistently good care for my car. 4/6/2016

I'm never disappointed when I visit Maxi Auto for my service. The work quality is great and the customer service is even better! I'm told what needs to be done now and what can wait til my budget can better handle the repair. My "go to' car care place. more

It don't take long for them to get started on your vehicle. 3/13/2016

After picking my car up and driving home, the front end started vibrating violently. while troubleshooting the area that was work on, I found the charcoal canister located above the heater hoses, fuel vapor line on top of the canister not connected to the incoming line. The canister is mounted on the firewall and it have two mounting slides 180 degrees apart. Each side will point the two vapor lines left or right. The way it was mounted , one line was too short to reach it connection so it was hanging behind the canister disconnected. this is the first time I had any problems. Also I didn't get my timing checked as request. more

Friendly and Professional 3/12/2016

I think we all look for Friendly and Professional when seeking service for one reason or another. Since NAPA has joined efforts in sponsorship with Maxi the store has never looked better. The service my husband and I receive on our vehicles has been satisfactory or above prior and even so today. We look forward to continuing our service records with Maxi until we see it differently. As long as they keep up the truthful and fair pricing they will have our business. Thank you. more

The Owner stands behind his word 3/9/2016

Through no fault of his own, I recently had to take my truck back to Maxi to address some issues that were not done correctly when first fixed. I called and talked with the owner John who informed me that he had gotten rid of the mechanics and other staff late last year who were not doing work up to his normal standards. I took my truck back in the following day after talking with him and everything was fixed totally to my expectations. All at no additional charge to me. John offers great warranty work and stands behind his pledge. I have been a happy customer for almost 5 years now and will continue to return. more
