I once was a believer of Mavis in East Greenbush - no longer. Aparently they feel that when they suggest expensive repairs that you will not have enough sense to verify that you actually need the repair. When you call their corporate hdqts to discuss your satisfaction or lack thereof, yes after 5 calls they disconnect you, don't answer the phone or put you through to a customer service voice mail. So much for customer satisfaction which apparently they don't really care about. Maybe some sensitivity training will do them well when dealing with woman who actually do have a brain.
