Needed to get my son in, fortunately we were able to do so in the same day I called. The wait wasn't bad, pretty much what you'd expect and I felt Dr. Maul really took his time to educate me on my son's diagnosis. My husband has since gone in as well. We would highly recommend him! more

I've been seeing Dr. Maul for the past 7 years and he is the only physician I trust. I came to see him because my regular doctor moved further into the metroplex. Dr. Maul was not only close, but when I saw him he really listened to me and it seemed like he really cared about my problems. I havent had a different experience since. I highly recommend him. more

Dr. Maul is the BEST!! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Maul for the last 5 years and I am surprised to read some of the comments below. I have had nothing but the best experiences with him and his staff since moving to the area in 2003. I have noticed some turnover, but with each new person the attitude from front to back seems to improve. Maybe it's because I own a medium sized business and can relate to general staffing issues that I sympathize with the turnover. Also, I had an issue with my insurance company, which was frustrating, but Stacey, the office manager, walked me through it and resolved the issue on the spot. My family and I will continue to recommend and see Dr. Maul as long as we live in the area. more

Don't be fooled people this office is a FRAUD..... And 98% of the comments on this page is SO UNTRUE....I have been to this doctor and they are very rude there. All they seem to care about is money, the patients health never seems to be important to any of the staff once you get into the office, they tell you what you want to hear over the phone promising to get you in and out in a timely manner and that never happens either.. Dr. Maul, his wife, and entire staff is very rude and unprofessional, There is a pregnant lady that works at the office which she is extremely rude all the times. A friend of mines recently went in for a appointment and over heard the front office staff discussing another patient personal medical information. How rude and unprofessional.... I will never return to this office and from what my friend says her and her family will not either. Any chance I get I tell everyone I know and ones they know not to go to this office..... more

Dr. Maul's office is the best office I've been to since moving to Rowlett 4 years ago. I have stayed away because of some of the reviews, but tried him out after having the same experiences as decribed here at other clinics in the area. I have to say, Dr Maul's Family Practice is significantly better than the others. If your only complaint is the wait time then I suggest staying away from a doctor's office. I think it's hard to argue with the quality of care Dr. Maul provides. He is an excellent doctor! more
