Worst service I've ever experienced !! Made reservation so that I may get in and out for uhaul trailer. There was one guy who made no effort to help me and after he finished watching TV he came over to see what I wanted after restarting the computer 5x an me having to call the bank because steve sims contined to tell me my card didnt work although i told him repeadly that he was putting in the incorrect zip code so he charged me extra to run the same card as cash I finally got out after an hour and a half he hooked the trailer to my vehicle neglected to attach the lights nor did he mention that I would need and attachment to do so! Thank god for me my boyfriend hooked it up and correctly and had an extra attachment to make lights work!! I go to get my 17.69 deposit back and Steve sims informs me he doesn't have any change and that I should have known and brought my own change and that I must be a ""BROKE GIRL"" I told him i use debt cards and he repeated I must be a ""BROKE GIRL"" I informe him that it's not my job to make sure that I can make change for myself because he is the establishment and I am the customer... He told me it wasn't his job either and that I saw the money he had he then got upset an screamed "" just get the HELL OUT OF HIS STORE"" and I told him its the principal and that I would like all my money and what he offered me is 17.50 and he won't give me anything else an again get the HELL OUT... I asked if he would give me the other quater he had and he said do you have the change and I went I my car to get the .06 so that he would give my my entire deposit back! Horrible experience will never go back! more

Not helpful to customers 4/27/2009

I bought a king size mattress set from them less than 5 months ago, and 3 weeks ago I called because the mattress is sagging. I spoke to Steve and he said that he would get in touch with the manufacturer and have it warrantied out. I did not hear from him after 8 days and decided to call to see what was going on. He said that he was still trying to get in touch with the gentleman that does the warranties. I then called again the following week, and he said that he was now working with them and they were going to warranty out the mattress. After almost 3 weeks I again called and now got no one. I decided to call the manufacturer (thank goodness they are local) and see what was going on with my mattress. I spoke to the gentleman that Steve said he was working with and he said that he had not heard of my situation. He said that I had a choice to deal directly with him, or go back to Steve. Of course, I dealt with him, and now have a new mattress (upgraded for free) and it is wonderful. I am writing this so that everyone will know that even though they may have good prices, the way they deal with you after the sale is not worth saving a few dollars. Go somewhere that you know is reliable and wants to make sure that you are happy. Hope this helps all of you. I had to give them rating otherwise I could not post this, so ignore the 1 star they do not deserve it. Cons: They do not help you out when you have a problem. more
