Matt Cramer Photography

I'm over the moon happy with Matt and the service he provides. I was referred to him by a close friend and even though I live in San Diego he arranged to come down here to shoot my 2 week old newborn (I paid a small travel fee). I was so impressed by him and his partner (wife Jessica). They arrived in the morning to a warm house (just one of the many tips Matt had recommended to make my baby and the shoot more comfortable) and within minutes he had all of his gear unpacked and began staging different areas/shots for our shoot. Matt had all sorts of amazing hats, props, etc to use for the shoot and was extremely in tune with my baby and what shots would work for him. Obviously being a first time mom I was a little nervous about my newborn being uncomfortable, boy was I way off! They were so nurturing and gentle with Finn when they were holding and positioning him and extremely respectful of feeding, changing and when I had to go pump. He was in such safe hands with Matt and Jess we really didn't have to do much but sit back and watch. Matt was so professional and caring the whole time. He spent hours making sure he got the right shots and watching him I could tell that Matt really loves photography. After the shoot I received an entire disc of all the images from the shoot- about 60-80 images that we LOVED! The proof is in the punch and let me just say that these photos blow any expectations I had out the window. They are beautiful beyond words and something that my husband and I will cherish forever. I would without a doubt recommend Matt to anyone and plan to continue to use him as our little one grows :) more

Matt was so wonderful to work with. He takes the time to make sure that you are getting exactly what you want out of the time he spends with you. He comes with fabulously creative ideas and listens to the ones you have to incorporate them as well. When we sent out our birth announcement nearly everyone that received it took the time to contact us and tell us how much they loved it and inquired about who took it! It was such a gorgeous & unique picture of our little guy and it will be cherished for ever. The gal (his wife jessica) that we booked our shoot with came out to assist him the day of and was amazing with our new born son. She is fun and easy and made the shoot very comfortable for us all. It like we were like having friends over to hang out. The quality of the pictures were amazing and we got to see the proofs in less then a week! We can't wait to have more pictures taken by matt! We would 100% recommend him to anyone that wants to have beautiful keepsakes that they can cherish for a lifetime. more
