Love these guys! I never feel like I'm being talked down to or up-charged just because I'm a female. They do the work super-quick, have really reasonable prices and the work is top-notch. I've never had a problem with anything these guys have fixed, and they undercut everyone else around. more

Trust. That's what you want to feel when you think of your mechanic, and that's what you'll have after you deal with Master's Auto Inc. I can't tell you how many times I've gone somewhere for an oil change or to an auto shop for something minor and left feeling used and abused. more

Master's Auto is incredibly trust worthy, friendly and unintimidating. I don't know much about cars, so when something sounds off or the car starts to ride funny, I take it to Master's Auto because I know I'll get an honest assessment of the issue. more

MTA gets the job done - they are also good at explaining car repairs. If they make an honest mistake they will give your money back. They are friendly and even offered me a ride home in the cold. more

Very friendly and accommodating staff, solid work and good prices. My car was ready a day later than promised, but other than that I was pleased with the service. These guys are prompt, respectful and do nice work. What a relief to find a good mechanic! more

Good shop to get check ups on your car, the guys there are very detail oriented and check everything out thoroughly. If you live anywhere in Joliet this is the shop to take your car to. more

Careful guys 5/20/2011

I took my car in to get an oil change, and nothing else but the guys there were nice enough to give a quick check on other things on my car. They pointed out that the tread on one of my tires was wearing out more than the others...could have been something dangerous if not caught. Thanks guys for keeping an eye out for things like that. more

You can believe the other positive reviews. I had a leak that came back, but they fixed it no charge, no excuses. Gotta love a shop that stands behind their work. more

One of the worst places I've ever take my vehicle..... COMPLETE RIP-OFF...... 8/21/2006

This place is a rip-off......I spent alot of money trying to fix something very minor & it turned into a major problem.....Tried to fix small oil leaks & now I have a truck without an engine due to their screw up.... Instead of costing me @ $600.00..... Now I've had to almost replace my engine by myself and the truck has been down since oct. 2005.....And it has cost me over $1,000.00 to have the engine totally bored and re-worked and Now I'm trying to fix the problem by myself in my garage... Pros: They tell you that they can fix your problem for a low cost Cons: They not only mess you vehicle up but, they try to charge you for their wrong doing to your car.......GOING TO THEM IS LIKE SHOOTING YOURSELF IN THE FOOT.... !!! more
