I took the car in for lube and oil change, which was done promptly and the car was ready to be picked up within a couple of hours, even though I told John no rush. The general inspection revealed the need for some corrective services, which I cannot afford at this time, so will have them done in the near future, and I do appreciate being advised of what was needed. more

I had a problem with my Altima. I have used Master Automobile Center before but it had been a few years since the last time . I found out that it has new owners. I left my car there, the next morning they called saying that my Ignition coils needed to be replaced. $570.00 WOW. My car was running poorly so it has to be done and that amount of money means that there is a good amount work needed to perform the job. So without doing my due diligence and calling around for a second estimate I said "do the job". I spoke with a friend of mine and he said that price sounded really high. So You Tubed it. REPLACE IGNITION COIL 2003 NISSAN ALTIMA 2.5. Watch it. literally remove only 1 Bolt and unclip the cable is needed to replace one ignition coil and it is easilly accessible from the top of the engine. Now I know businesses need to make money. I don't have a problem with that. an honest wage for honest work. The price for parts were a little high but again the price for doing business. Parts $88.17 each ignition coil. $100.00 labor(really??? ). This next price is the kicker, $70.00 for diagnosis. Maybe I'm just an old guy and out of touch with how the automotive industry works, but I thought the diagnosis was included if you have the shop perform the work. I called around and, of course I found that Master Automotive Center price was really high. Needless to say. I do not recommend using Master Automotive Center if you work hard for your money. They did do the work correctly and fixed my problem. I do give them that... So one star for that..... Bottom line is, You may want to look elsewhere for automotive repairs if you can. What I really like about the guys over at Master Automotive Centers is that they really know what they are doing. My car was having some serious problems and these guys were able to take good care of it. Their turnaround time from when I dropped off my car to when they had it ready for me to pick up was really good. My car is all fixed and has been running great so I am one happy camper. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone whose car needs some work. more

I'm not a fan of sitting in a mechanic's shop. But, who is, right? It's something we all hope to avoid altogether. However, that's not reality. From the moment I walked into their air -conditioned, immaculate facility, I was greeted by Vic who did what you just don't see anymore; look you in the eyes, shake your hand, and ask you directly and sincerely what they could do to help. That personal attention and commitment to the important detail of care and customer service made such a profound difference. What a first impression! As the line in Jerry McGuire goes: They had me at "hello". Yet, he proceeded to connect me with a top Master Tech who did what the other mechanic from another shop did not do; identify the problem immediately. They gave me the best price, offered a shuttle to get me safely home (which no other shop has ever done, besides car dealerships), and most importantly....THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM! My mother and children are now driving comfortably across the country, with the air conditioner freezing them out, because of the excellent, timely, and affordable service I received. It's very hard to find a mechanic that has the complete knowledge to work on a 280ZX that is nearly 40 years old with 435,000 miles. And has the tender touch to repair this Datsun with the trusted aproval of the original owner, MY WIFE! This car is my wife's High School graduation present in 1978. The car is part of the family. So to entrust just anyone with her car was my task. I feel very fortunate to have found Vic's Master automotive center at 3344 N. Rancho dr. Shortly speaking to Todd addressing his knowledge and abilities. I felt our car was in good hands. Since I had been the mechanic for all this years, and I'm nearly 70, I felt a heavy burden off my shoulders. Todd was amazing. My wife's car never ran so well since it was a new car. I just have to start out by saying that the guys over at Master Automotive Centers are very very good. I have been going there for a long time now and every time that I have had them do some work I have come way very satisfied. These guys are great with their customers as they recognize them and will welcome them by name when they come in. They are very professional and they do incredibly good work. I also like that they have a quick turnaround time, it really does not take them long to identify the problem and fix it. The guys over at Master Automotive Centers are really great guys who changed out our breaks for us recently. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to get us in and out of their shop which was really nice. I have noticed though that the breaks seem to be rubbing up against something because when I hit the breaks my wheels seem to eke out this dust. I have to take my car back to these guys but I am sure they will take good care of me because they were really helpful the first time around. more

After the oil change I had them do a routine inspection of my vehicle in preparation for the 160k inspection coming up soon. The Service Professional looked at the entire vehicle and pointed out a few things that may need replacement during the upcoming service. I was a bit anxious dealing with the new manager John but he made me feel comfortable. He looked up my history with the company and knew what I needed to know about the oil change service. Gave me a warning about a very expensive service of a timing belt and kit that needs to be done now at 85 thousand miles. I will think over what he suggested and make arrangements of funds for the future service. more

I like that they really take their time out and get to the problem that's messing up your vehicle. The mechanics at Master Automotive Centers had helped me with a new transmission sensor, a hand clutch, and a transmission flush for my 2002 Dodge Durango. They didn't take a long time and got the work done really fast--and they did an excellent job. Their mechanics are very good and I'll be going back to them in the future. The price was pretty cool and I was pretty happy because I would have paid more than $531 for that work if I had gone anywhere else. more

Master Automotive Centers have been just great. I recommend them to other people all the time and couldn't be happier with them. They have repaired a carburetor, I needed a new engine instead of just adjustment and they found the problem, they have also installed an exhaust and right now they fixed the engine light on my truck so it would be able to pass the smog check. I have had zero problems with the staff, they are all very knowledgeable and professional. more
