OMG!..We walked in and never really got greated because the 2 girls at the desk were talking about a bad experience with a guest.My sister approached them when they finally noticed us and gave us our paperwork to fill out,while sitting there we heard the ENTIRE conversaion of a unsatisified customer,which we should of not heard!
Once back in the room,it was so cold!The table was luke warm and she never offered to control the temp.Now I did not speak up and I was told so but it was very clear the room was chilly.The lady began to put lotion on me-DAMN!cold again and she should of been able to tell because I jumped.The massage was suppose to be a basic rub down,it felt like she body slammed herself into me!!!! I kept moaning and not in a good way and she continued.I did not say it was a bit rough but she still continued!!...I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!
