You have to reserve your time with a credit card (RED FLAG right there) but I paid with one of their own Massage Envy gift cards so imagine my surprise when my credit card bill came and they had charged me too!! They admitted their mistake but said they would have to "investigate". Two months later, many phone calls and personal visits to resolve and still no refund. They never got my name right once while I was there for the massage, but boy, they sure got that AMEX number! I'm only surprised now that they didn't ask for my mother's maiden name....Next stop, consumer protection in Richmond. Apparently I'm not the first this has happened to. Caveat Emptor!
