y experience was great. was not familiar with any of the treatments. he staff explained everything thoroughly, felt very well informed. very time come in everyone is friendly,kind and helpful.he atmosphere is warm and welcoming. would be happy to refer anyone to asri linic in irmingham. more

great experience at masri 10/13/2011

just completed the last of my sessions of laser treatment today at the asri clinic in irmingham. have had a great reduction in growth ... t least 8590 or so at this point. veryone 've met who works at the clinic is really nice, helpful, and talented. he laser technicians have always been really nice and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. have never had any problems with burns. hey are helpful with scheduling, and have even graciously accommodated me with a last second scheduling change. have not had problems with long wait times. t has been a great experience, and have already recommended the asri clinic to four of my friends who were interested in laser hair reduction. more

y experience has been good. he office staff is friendly and helpful in providing details about my laser treatment. have not experience any problems with the treatment or scheduling appointments. purchased a package of 6 facial laser hair removal treatments and was told that the amount purchased would be sufficient, which indeed was. more

had 6 treatments for laser hair removal at the bikini area. he staff was professional and very friendly on each visit and they made the experience as enjoyable as they could. would highly recommend asri linic for this and similar procedures. more

have received three laser hair removal treatments out of six. am pleased with my results thus far and the staff have been very kind and helpful. would recommend masri of irmingham to others. haven't received enough treatment to comment on the effectivity of their hair removal system but results are noticeable at this point. more

ll irmingham ront ffice taff have always been professional, knowledgable, concise yet thorough, patient and friendly while being very busy... ery impressed with the ffice anager management! ore importantly as a patient or customer of the clinic, the technician, ina, is all of the above and more! y next appointment will be my fifth, and believe my treatment will be successful... feel very good about my overall experience. dvice, note that if you come to understand that you are not seeing results, or a new tech is too quick to get you in and out the door... hen it is time to switch and make a change to see and get results and see the great work by effective experienced and talented treatment. hank you. more

leanliness is good, facilities are nice, great location in downtown irmingham.taff members and service are hit and miss. ulie, a laser tech, is awesome and worth requesting, even though they will never mark your file or allow you to book your preference in advance. silly paper "coupon" system is required, despite their computer records. iven the 46 weeks between visits, it's easy to lose them and then you're .ometimes 've waited over an hour, good thing my schedule is flexible. ther staff members were at times curt, frustrating, or hurried, but ulie is always calm, friendly, and steady. he gets five stars, the rest of the place gets just two, averaging three overall suppose. more

verall had a great experience and was very pleased with the way the staff treated me during my treatment and the results of the treatment. usan was very thorough in explaining the procedures and the possible side effects of it. he was very friendly and made every procedure simple and painless. was very pleased with all my visits overall and would recommend asri linic to anyone who suffers from acne or acne scars, you will be very pleased with the results and the staff. : more

purchased a group on for laser hair removal at asri and was immediately nervous about what it would be like. had done waxing somewhere else before and found the technicians to be judgmental and in a hurry. asri was so different! veryone was so nice and accomodating and always felt comfortable, even when they were doing my bikini area. he technicians were friendly and kept me talking during the procedure so didn't feel nervous or uncomfortable. 've recommended asri to several friends since. reat service and a great environment for such sensitive procedures. more

have been treating my acne for the past 3 months and it has improved a lot being in high school and dealing with acne was tough. he staff here has been so helpful in explaining each procedure to me. r. asri knows exactly what he's doing in treating my acne. more
