My experience has been good. The office staff is friendly and helpful in providing details about my laser treatment. I have not experience any problems with the treatment or scheduling appointments. I purchased a package of 6 facial laser hair removal treatments and was told that the amount purchased would be sufficient, which indeed was. more

Laser Hair Removal 9/19/2011

I had 6 treatments for laser hair removal at the bikini area. The staff was professional and very friendly on each visit and they made the experience as enjoyable as they could.I would highly recommend Masri Clinic for this and similar procedures. more

I have received three laser hair removal treatments out of six. I am pleased with my results thus far and the staff have been very kind and helpful. I would recommend masri of Birmingham to others. I haven't received enough treatment to comment on the effectivity of their hair removal system but results are noticeable at this point. more

All Birmingham Front Office Staff have always been professional, knowledgable, concise yet thorough, patient and friendly while being very busy... Very impressed with the Office Manager management! More importantly as a patient or customer of the clinic, the technician, Gina, is all of the above and more! My next appointment will be my fifth, and I believe my treatment will be successful...I feel very good about my overall experience. Advice, note that if you come to understand that you are not seeing results, or a new tech is too quick to get you in and out the door... Then it is time to switch and make a change to see and get results and see the great work by effective experienced and talented treatment. Thank you. more

Cleanliness is good, facilities are nice, great location in downtown Birmingham.Staff members and service are hit and miss. Julie, a laser tech, is awesome and worth requesting, even though they will never mark your file or allow you to book your preference in advance. A silly paper "coupon" system is required, despite their computer records. Given the 46 weeks between visits, it's easy to lose them and then you're SOL.Sometimes I've waited over an hour, good thing my schedule is flexible. Other staff members were at times curt, frustrating, or hurried, but Julie is always calm, friendly, and steady. She gets five stars, the rest of the place gets just two, averaging three overall I suppose. more

Overall I had a great experience and I was very pleased with the way the staff treated me during my treatment and the results of the treatment. Susan was very thorough in explaining the procedures and the possible side effects of it. She was very friendly and made every procedure simple and painless. I was very pleased with all my visits overall and I would recommend Masri Clinic to anyone who suffers from acne or acne scars, you will be very pleased with the results and the staff. : more

I purchased a group on for laser hair removal at Masri and was immediately nervous about what it would be like. I had done waxing somewhere else before and found the technicians to be judgmental and in a hurry. Masri was so different! Everyone was so nice and accomodating and I always felt comfortable, even when they were doing my bikini area. The technicians were friendly and kept me talking during the procedure so I didn't feel nervous or uncomfortable. I've recommended Masri to several friends since. Great service and a great environment for such sensitive procedures. more

My experience at the Masri clinic in birmingham 8/12/2011

I have been treating my acne for the past 3 months and it has improved a lot being in high school and dealing with acne was tough. The staff here has been so helpful in explaining each procedure to me. Dr. Masri knows exactly what he's doing in treating my acne. more

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful when I came in for my appointments. The friendly staff made getting a somewhat painful procedure much easier to take. I'm also very satisfied with my results. I was always self conscious about my underarms, and now I don't have to be. I'm very glad I bought and used this Groupon! more

The treatments were very successful and everyone I came in contact with was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. My only complaint would be that often I had to wait past my scheduled appointment time, though the staff was always apologetic. All in all it was a great expeience and I would recommend Masri clinic to friends. more

In fact, he is the first in the nation to be Board Certified in all three of these specialties. He is also Michigan’s very first specialist officially trained in the external cosmetic nose surgery technique. Dr. Masri has over 28 years of experience and his training in the field of Facial Plastic Surgery is extensive.
